I'm Dr. Meryl Kahan, a board-certified gynecologist, aesthetic specialist, and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and I’m excited to welcome you to SheMD! Here, women’s wellness and beauty come together with personalized, expert care. I founded SheMD to be a one-stop shop for women, offering comprehensive services in gynecology, medical aesthetics, hormone replacement therapy, and sexual wellness.

I created SheMD to address a gap I saw in the healthcare system. After years of practicing as an ob-gyn, I noticed many women feeling rushed, overlooked, and often having their concerns dismissed. At the same time, I recognized the growing demand for women to not only feel their best but to look their best, too. This inspired me to create a practice that centers on personalized care and meaningful connections. By combining medical aesthetics with traditional health and wellness services, SheMD provides a comprehensive approach that addresses both internal health and external beauty. Here, women can achieve their health and aesthetic goals in one place.
